Although Todd Hess has been practicing law as a licensed business attorney since 2007, his legal experience actually goes back further than that.
Todd began his legal career as a patent agent after becoming registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (“USPTO”). He then went on to hold an in-house legal position with two reputable companies before advancing to a partner position with a well-respected law firm in the southeast. Today, Todd mainly focuses on business, regulatory and technical, and intellectual property matters for clients.
